What you will be doing....

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge. You will foccus on creating new training & development strategies for the IT sector. Your experience designing e-learning courses and managing budgets is highly desirable, as well an excellent communication skills. Your day-to-day will start with a Training Needs analysis leading to the design and implementation of a L&D strategy focussed on the company´s business goals.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help managers develop their team members through career paths
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors
  • Collaborate in HR projects such as: organizational development & other talent-related-initiatives including Performance Management

Knowledge and skills you need to have

  • Proven experience as an L&D Specialist, Training Manager, Talent Manager or similar in the IT sector
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Experience with Performance Mangement Systems.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
  • Upper intermediate English level
  • BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field

Bonus points for the following

Additional requirements, not essential but " nice to have".

  • Professional certification (e.g. Certified Professional Talent Development) is a plus
