What you will be doing....

At Paramo Technologies our people are our most important resource. We are looking for a highly skilled IT Recruiter to find and become one of them. Based in Argentina and reporting to the Head of HR, the ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices in Latam.

You will

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles in Latam helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent both in house and with recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
  • Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as professional media and job boards.
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
  • Network with potential candidates to grow and foster our Employer Brand and create a database of qualified talent to pull from as new positions open up
  • Continuously partner with the HR team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies reducing our time-to-hire
  • Collaborate in HR Projects, especially Employer Branding
  • Be proactive to suggest and implement your own ideas working with autonomy.

Knowledge and skills you need to have

  • 3 years’ experience recruiting for the IT sector in a 360º role
  • Proven Track record of IT Recruiting expertise for the Latam region
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management and internet search
  • Proficient with job boards and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (or related field) or relevant experience
  • Proficient level of English and Spanish languages
